I'll never forget how nervous I was that morning...
Well, I was soon to be shocked... pleasantly shocked. 🙂
That first product - called 'Endless Kindle Story Ideas' - was a huge success!
Within just a couple of weeks it sold over 350 copies and brought in over $4,000 in total sales!
Wow! I couldn't believe it! I'd actually done it!
You can imagine my excitement. But I knew I had to repeat it to prove to myself that it wasn't just a fluke.
So, I went back to my desk, poured more coffee, gave 'Nefnef' her toy, and got back to work.
I was careful to follow the same system I'd created the first product using. That was important!
I had to be sure I did exactly the same things as I'd done the first time - only with a different topic this time.
I discovered that the process went a lot faster this second time around. That was nice!
But I was just as nervous as I was the first time. It was going to really hurt if it had all just been a fluke - beginner's luck.
I knew I couldn't be sure this was the real deal until I did it again and had the same (or better) results
Even with the first success fresh in my memory, I was unprepared for how well the second product did!
It took me about 2 weeks to create using my new system (only working a couple hours a day), and it made me even more money than #1.
Hooray!
It was then that I knew I had a winner on my hands.
I finally had a repeatable, easy, and FAST way to make products, along with the steps I needed to take to sell those products.
So I kept going...
In all, I created 4 products in just 8 weeks, bringing in more than $20,000 in total sales!
Still... I couldn't be sure
I had to test my system on a person who hadn't created several products already.
I needed a guinea pig. A beginner.
